This page holds a growing collection of workshops drawn from lived experience, Scripture, and long-form reflection.
Each workshop follows the same posture as the Reflections page: thoughtful, self-paced, and non-performative. Participation is always optional. Responses may be shared anonymously or not submitted at all.
The workshops are ordered intentionally.
They begin with the family unit, because that is where my own work began in 1993, and where the foundation of the book begins as well. Before systems, careers, leadership, or institutions, there is family. Patterns are formed there, carried forward, and often repeated until they are understood.
Future workshops will build outward from that foundation, following the same arc as the written work—layer by layer, season by season.
This page is not a curriculum or a program.
It is a collection of guided reflection spaces.
How to Participate (Short + Clear)
Each workshop includes written reflections and an optional, anonymous space to pause and respond. You may write privately or submit your thoughts. Submission is never required, and responses are not shared publicly.
